Sign-up to receive our newsletter
We collect your name, email address and postcode when you sign-up to receive our email newsletter. Your postcode may be used to help us identify the volume of businesses that have signed up for the service by geographical region. In addition to our newsletter, we may periodically send additional emails, which we think you may find useful (eg budget update, changes to our service). If you’ve signed up for email alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ link that appears in every email we send. We will never share your information other than for the purpose for which it was provided to us.

Google Calendar API usage
The SalesManager Online (SMO) calendar synchronization for Google Calendar (the "Provider") is functionality written for SalesManager Online (the "Author"). The add-on synchronizes calendaring data with the Google Calendar API (the "Service"), owned by Google (the "Service Provider").
This page contains the policies regarding collection, transmission and use of your data when using the Provider. By using the Provider, you (the "User") agree to the policies set herein.
About Google Calendar Sync API
The Google Calendar Sync API uses Google calendar data. The data used is only visible within the SalesManager application for you and co-workers with your permission. The use of the Google data will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy and the Limited Use requirements.
Collection and use of information by the Author:
The Author does not have access to user data exchanged between the User and the Service, including but not limited to calendar events, settings, or tasks. Through a dashboard made available by the Service Provider, the Author has access to aggregated and summarized analytical information about the use of the Service, such as the total number of requests by all users or rate of errors.
Storing of user data:
The Provider stores your user data in our cloud database which is different for all customers, using mechanisms provided by SMO and its calendaring synchronization functionality. The information is kept in your database.
Collection and use of information by the Service Provider:
The collection and use of information by the Service Provider is not governed by this privacy policy. Functionally, the Provider exchanges and transmits calendaring data between the User's computer and the Service. Therefore, please refer to https://policies.google.com/privacy for information about the Service Provider's privacy practices.
